Bespoke models Orders placed from today are likely to be delivered in Jan 2012 as the factory is at full capacity to deliver current orders before its closure 21 Dec-30 Dec 2012. Normal working hours resume 02.01.12. We can now produce EVOline systems to almost any specification in terms of modules (e.g. power, data, VGA, audio etc) country power configurations and finish so please contact us with your exact requirements for a quote.
Bespoke configurations usually take around 6 weeks to produce from the factory in Germany. Here's how it happens..
 | 1. Decide on your specification and send this to us here. Consider what modules you require (e.g. power, data, VGA, audio etc) country power configuration (e.g. USA, Europe, UAE, Australia etc.) and the finish (e.g. stainless steel, chrome). | | 2. We will then provide you with a quotation to supply and ship the item to you and discuss your options should your exact spec not be achievable. | | 3. If you accept our quotation we will get the design team to produce a CAD drawing of your exact specification (there is a £20 charge for this which is refundable if you place the order) | | 4. Check over and authorise the CAD drawings. At this point you will need to pay for the order in full (less the CAD fee of £20 which we will credit to you at this stage) | | 5. We will begin manufacturing your order and supply you with an ETA for delivery (usually around 6 weeks). As soon as your item is complete it will be shipped to you by insured carrier. | | 6. Please be aware our returns policy 6.1 in terms and conditions, special order items are non refunable, once specifications have been confirmed and payment made the the product is then in production and cannot be cancelled. |
